Anonymous Complaints
Complaints may be submitted anonymously. While Dove Pointe will review and respond to anonymous complaints to the fullest extent possible, please note that the ability to investigate and respond may be limited if insufficient information is provided.
Requesting a Reasonable Accommodation

Complaint Review Process
All received complaints will be reviewed promptly and thoroughly. Dove Pointe will communicate its response to the complainant in a timely manner, including the outcome of the review and the reasons for the decision. All complaints and responses will be documented and maintained in accordance with applicable regulations.
